Spring Learn to Row weeks are specifically designed to give kids a beginner level, easy going introduction to the sport. Kids will learn the biomechanics of the rowing stroke while getting to know the physical requirements of making the boats move faster. It’s common to take multiple learn to row weeks before moving up to the competitive team
